When serving non-alcoholic white sangria, proper chilling is especially important. Before serving, place the non-alcoholic wine in a wine cooler so it keeps its pleasant temperature and fresh taste for longer. Then pour the finished sangria into larger wine glasses, where the pieces of apple and orange and the aromatic spices can be shown off beautifully.

1. Pour the chilled non-alcoholic white wine, apple juice and lemon juice into a pitcher. Add the chopped fruit, cinnamon and star anise.
2. Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least one hour so the flavours blend nicely.
3. Taste before serving and sweeten with maple syrup if needed.
4. Serve with ice, fruit and spices.
Fresh fruit notes and the aroma of cinnamon and star anise give the white sangria a pleasant autumnal character. Well chilled and finished with pieces of fruit, it tastes light and refreshing and invites you to savour every sip just a little more slowly.
