Care
We do not recommend washing the cookware in a dishwasher. The chemicals found in dishwasher detergents may negatively affect the appearance of copper cookware. Wash by hand using a soft sponge or cloth and a mild liquid detergent.

Copper naturally oxidizes with use and develops a dark red patina. At least once a month, use a special cleaning paste for copper cookware.
