Ingredients (5 servings):

400 g Gruyère cheese

400 g Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese

2 cloves of garlic

3 dl white wine (Chasselas)

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp cherry liqueur

nutmeg and pepper

Method:

For this recipe, you’ll need fondue forks and a fondue set.

1. Preheat the fondue pot to the desired temperature.
2. Gently rub the inside of the pot with a clove of garlic to release a pleasant aroma that enhances the flavor.

3. Add the cherry liqueur to give a subtle fruity note.
4. Gradually add the finely grated quality cheese and let it melt until smooth and creamy.

5. Add freshly grated nutmeg for its delicate, spicy aroma.
6. Season with freshly ground pepper.
